We understand that life happens and schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary. We respectfully request a 48-hour notice for colors and 24-hour notice for all other services. If you have an appointment on Tuesday, we request you let us know by Saturday of any cancellations or reschedules during operation hours. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than stated will result in a 25% fee for colors and 50% fee for other services. In the event that you miss your appointment without prior notice; a 100% fee will be applied. To cancel or reschedule, please call us at (860) 370-9144 or by email at studio44andco@gmail.com. We recognize that special circumstances can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you feel an exception should be made.
